Transforming telecom services with UX-UI Design

Challenge

Orange Senegal is undertaking a major digital transformation pushed by the rapid evolution of their competitor’s landscape.

Since 2017, YUX is working side to side with its digital and IT departments to bring UX methodologies to their daily routines and accelerate their product development cycles.

The services provided include high level UX support to define their product roadmaps and features as well as UX-UI design and front-end development.

Outcomes

  • Products roadmaps and features were defined using about 15 design sprints of 1 to 4 days
  • The digital departments of both operators are now effectively working with integrated team of UX designers and developers
  • Experience and interface design of the several B2C and B2B applications
