After conducting our flagship study on State of User Research In Africa Study, we have identified a need to further explore the implementation of Human-Centred Design (HCD) within organizations that operate beyond the realm of traditional tech companies and startups.
Specifically, we are interested in understanding how NGOs and other international development organizations & practitioners utilize user-centric approaches to offer solutions.
