In this study, our primary emphasis was on user research, a critical yet frequently neglected aspect in the discourse surrounding the development of services tailored to users' needs and suitable for their environments.Our aim is to assist researchers, product managers, and designers in gaining insights from their colleagues, enhancing their methodologies, and advocating for user engagement within their organizations.The findings presented in this report stem from a blend of qualitative and quantitative research methods carried out extensively across Africa.Throughout this year, we have established partnerships with numerous communities, with the aspiration of advancing discussions on UX design and research.
